SVP eBanking

Thanks for checking out my eBanking site. I’m Kristy Brandon, SVP eBanking @Comerica Bank. This is my personal site and blog for digital banking. I have been actively involved in eBanking for the last 25 years. And wow, have I enjoyed watching the industry mature, learn and grow in ways I could have never dreamt. It’s hard to imagine a time where information wasn’t available at your fingertips, in the palm of your hand. Let alone remembering when we had to mail discs to customers who used AOL to connect to their bank for information. Through all this change, I’ve been in the middle, working with and for the top 50 US Banks creating a digital strategy and roadmap. It’s hard to image where digital banking will take us over the next 25 years, but I can’t wait to be a part of it! Here is my official bio:

Kristy Brandon serves as Senior Vice President of Retail eBanking  Products at Comerica Bank, one of the top 25 banks in the US.  In this capacity, she leads Comerica’s retail, wealth and small business eBanking channels including online and mobile.

Kristy’s 25 year career began pioneering in the eBanking industry as employee #42 with National Payment Clearinghouse.  During her adventures in eCommerce with National Payment Clearinghouse, Intuit, CheckFree and Fiserv Kristy has been instrumental in helping many of the top 50 US Banks and Credit Unions orchestrate and implement world-class eBanking products and strategies.  She also led operational process improvement, project management and directed large operations involving staff and vendors around the world.  Throughout her career she has received numerous awards for her combined technical and strategic excellence.  Kristy is an active member of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Digital Committee, including advocating for digital banking with regulatory and federal legislators.  She was active in working with Congress to pass the Mobile Bill last year.  She serves as co-chair of the committee 2018-2020.

Kristy has been invited to speak at industry conferences on the topic of eBanking, such as NetFinance, Fiserv Forum, CBA Live and SXSW (South by South West).  Kristy actively posts timely banking news on Twitter @eBankingGirl and her eCommerce weblog www.Kristy.Mobi
